So we start like this..

Saturday 7.30 am, we assemble at the Basket Ball Court of SKP Campus, followed by a mutual introduction round.

At around 7.45 am, we start our Stretching & Relaxations, and with some deep breathing exercises, we experience what really is Pranic Energy all about & how our 'Spirit' nourishes our Mind & Body. The idea is to understand it in the most experiential way, so that you don't end up "Believing", "Following" and Failing at it. If something comes in your 'Realization', then you can easily take charge!

Around 9.15 am, we should have achieved sizable clarity to work upon our lifestyle changes until next week's Meetup, where you can share your learnings, breakthroughs & developments from last Meetup, also current challenges if any?

Since it is an interactive & experiential learning process, you are advised to get your key impact questions addressed on priority, and do not hesitate to question it enough until you don't find a practically workable & easily sustainable solution to it.

In between 9.15 am to 9.30 am, we should be done with clarity on suggestions and decisions for our next Meetups (like sometime we may choose to go for a trek around or a camping). Post 9.30 am everyone is free to make the next move as per their comfort and choice.

Yoga, Tai chi, Ecstatic Music & Dance, Sports, Functional Workout, Endurance Treks, Camping Excursions and a lot more will unfold at every Meetup.

If you choose, 'Saturday Morning Fitness Camp' can also continue with you as a well moderated WhatsApp Group to keep you up to the course, by keeping your involved consistently & most effortlessly.
