SAMARTH envisions giving society a message that Physical disability is just a state of mind.
SAMARTH will be held on 15th June 2017 at BHARAT BHAWAN, it is a 5 day event to be held from 15th June, 2017 to 19th June,2017 where about 40 artists will participate from around the world.
