This is a unique Conclave that brings together the pioneers from design, architecture, culture, food, performing arts to exchange notes and ideas on promoting, supporting and exploring stories of modern India.

This is an exclusive event where policy and business change makers will discuss the authentic aspects of India that are being neglected within tourism.

The Conclave spans a list of speakers from established icons of India to upcoming ones who are defining the new India aesthetic.

8am - 11am

Delhi on my Plate with Rocky & Mayur (Separate Ticket/Only a part of Sair Premium)

Early morning chai and breakfast in Old Delhi’s Jama Masjid and Chandni Chowk area with Rocky and Mayur, India’s foremost food influencers and erstwhile hosts of Highway on my plate, as they regale us with stories of foods of India.

Registration of guests and mingling with performers / organizers.

Lightning Talks

Talks led by different experts on their experiences and lessons learnt from the unique adventures they pursued.

Unveiling of Sair

Panel : Foods of India

Panel discussion on how to judge a food experience and the role of platform ratings, expert reviews, and curated lists.

Sounds of Sair by Kavish Seth (Also available as a separate ticket)

Kavish Seth has been known to steal hearts at various festivals and events with his “Desi Zubaan’. He is an experienced musician who performs with a self- invented musical instrument called the “Noori”.
