What is REBT?
It is a technique designed to help you understand your own problems and deal with them using scientific techniques.
This workshop will be conducted by Dr.Anjali Joshi (M.Phil,PhD in psychology) who has conducted several such workshops over the past many years. She has trained under Prof K.M Phadke, the first and only Indian Psychologist who enjoys the unique distinction of being a fellow and supervisor of the Albert Ellis Institute, New York
