About The Event

Raigad trail :

Raigad, the second capital of Swarajya, is a fort located in the Raigad district of Maharashtra State. The fort is located at a height of approx 2,700 ft above sea level.

Day and Date : June 2 & 3, 2018

Trek Attractions : Raigad ropeway, fort.

Duration : 2 day

Distance : 260 km total for two days.

Difficulty Level : High Endurance (Not for beginners)

Reporting at : Chandani chowk 6:00 AM on 2 June.

Route :

Pune – Mulshi – Tamhini – Nizampur – Pachad – Raigad.

Things to Carry :

  • Sports shoes or sandals with good grip, extra pair of clothes
  • 2 lit water bottle(compulsory), 3/4ths or shorts or track bottoms, Cap, sunglasses
  • Personal medication requirements if any.
  • Torch to be tied to the cycles.

Schedule of the Trek:    Day 1:
1. Report at chandani chowk at 6:00 AM

2. Breakfast in Paud on the way

3. Lunch at Nizampur

4. Reach Raigad by 4 pm, Pitch tents. Visit Raigad fort if time permits and ropeway is available.

5. Dinner at base.

Day 2:

  1. Start by 6: 00 am.
  2. Reach pune by 4 pm.


Trail Fees
1. This ride is a self supported ride. Estimated cost is around 1000 and will be shared equally amongst participants.


Who can participate : All cycling enthusiasts.

Please follow the timings given and we will make sure that nothing is missed from the decided plan. 

Behavior during trek
Participants are expected to behave cordially with each other. Smoking and alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited. Please make sure a person’s behavior does not prove to be a discomfort for others.
