Run/Jog/Walk at your own places like Gym, outdoor, treadmill or any Marathon event.
Total distance to be covered is 21k in 21 Days. You can register and start your 21K challenge immediately.
You Can Perform :
1 Km for 21 days
3 Km in 7 days
21Km in 1 day
or as per your convenience.
After completing your daily walk/run or 21Km. You just need to share the screenshot of your Timing Application on WhatsApp number 8999136369 and receive your Indian Fitness Mantra Medal by courier.
