Rupen Paul does his best Comedy Material in his show Progressively Ugly, a show where he makes jokes about his parents, about Indian narrow mindedness and about being a constant disappointment in life. This hilarious evening of comedy will be hosted by Abel Mathews and will feature Anand Ratnam.

Rupen Paul: Rupen Paul is a frustrated middle class South Indian who did not do engineering, not becausehe was too cool to follow the crowd but mainly because he didn't get enough marks therebybeing a disappointment to his parents. His jokes can find him making fun of the absurditiesand oddities of life as experienced by people growing in a middle class homes. He is thewinner of the 2014 Comedy Open Mic organized by Big Mic and has performed showsacross Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Kochi, Hyderabad and Pune.
Abel Mathews:Abel Mathews is an all-round entertainer with experience in quite a few disciplines of the arts. As a comedian and actor, he is a performer with The Improv by Centerstage and representedIndia,along with them, at the Sweden International Improv Festival 2016. He co-wrote, directedand acted in his first musical theatre production, & A First Christmas, produced by Ashraya,Bangalore, in Dec 2015. He has also acted in ad films as well as short films for corporate clients.
Anand Rathnam: Anand Rathnam, a civil engineer turned Stand Up Comic who hates almost everything. Hestrangely tends to have an opinion on almost everything. He’s been a regular comic in theBangalore Comedy scene since 2016. He has performed at Bangalore’s First ComedyFestival in Oct 2015.
