Course Objectives
Students are challenged to think within the Scrum Framework and the underlying values and principles to better understand. Focus more on what to do when returning to the workplace and facing complex decisions.
Have a clear understanding of the rules of Scrum through the empirical foundation of Scrum. Students can act as a Scrum Master for Scrum Teams as well as stakeholders from an in-depth understanding of servant-leadership. Effectively be able to start up Scrum or increase its effectiveness if already underway.
Who should attend?
The Professional Scrum Master course is for anyone involved in software development using the Scrum Framework. It is particularly beneficial for those people within an organization accountable for getting the most out of Scrum. Training is more suitable for Scrum Masters, Managers, Leads, Project Managers, Product Owners and Scrum Team members.
All participants completing the Professional Scrum Master course will receive a password to attempt the PSM I assessment. Participant will get FREE retake if failed to clear PSM I in first attempt within 14 day. Participants are also entitled to a discount on the PSM II assessment. The industry-recognized PSM certifications require a minimum passing score on these rigorous assessments.
PSM I exam consist 80 questions and participants get 60 minutes to write exam. Passing score is 85% for PSM I
Students of Scrum.org courses are able to claim Project Management Institute (PMI) PDU credit. 14 PDUs after attending the two-day Professional Scrum Master (PSM). Please note that PMI PDUs are earned for course attendance and not for passing a Scrum.org assessment. Students can claim PDUs under PMI’s “Education courses provided by other third party providers” category.
