With over 3 decades of experience in the educational field, Dr. Senthil has started groundbreaking work in the form of the Learners Confluence, an educational service in India. The Learners Confluence is an educational program focused on developing a technology platform for Teachers with the goals of enhancing peer learning as well as knowledge sharing.

Dr. Senthil has shown himself to be a passionate teacher, a catalyst for change, persistent, and a leader with expressiveness for excellence in all fronts of his work in the education sector.
Shri Alok Mohanty has been exploring the possibility of transformation by engaging in the field of education for the last 30 years. While acting as the Principal of an Integral School he collaborated with New Life Education Trust in Odisha to design teacher training programme. Later he lived at Mirambika - an alternative school based in New Delhi and did action research on designing integrated physical education programme for the Integral development of all the inmates including teacher trainees and students.
Later he joined Krishnamurti India’s Rajghat Besant School and shouldered various responsibilities for long period of time. His article is published in the KFI journal.
He has conducted numerous workshops, teachers training programme to promote organic, indigenous ideas pertaining to the field of education. He has also presented papers at various national and International seminars on self knowledge and Educational psychology. His articles have been published in various magazines and blogs.
He was felicitated with Earthian award by Wipro in the year 2012.
Mr. Jay Bagri graduated as a Mechanical Engineer with a minor in Marketing from Drexel University. During his graduation, he worked with the digital strategy team of Drexel University way back in 2006, long before the online marketing fad began. He has consulted several small business with their marketing model. He has been focusing on Education Marketing for the past 5 years with his brands TheDormShop.in and IOSignite.com
