The key topics scheduled to be covered in the two day training programme include

• Spiritual Way of Living, Meditation Practices, Concentration and Control of Mind, Pranahuti and Stages of Spiritual Progress.

The programme includes 4 practical sessions of Meditation. The Institute will conduct the programme in English at free of cost.
