The key topics scheduled to be covered in the two day training programme include Spiritual Way of Living, Meditation Practices, Concentration and Control of Mind, Pranahuti and Stages of Spiritual Progress. The programme includes 4 practical sessions of Meditation. The Institute will conduct the programme in English at free of cost.
