ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Baba Varanasi, facilitator is a change management professional, “Heal Your Life” certified workshop leader trained from USA and NLP Practitioner. He is a strong believer that simple things are profound. With over 17 years of experience under his belt, Baba has managed sales, recruitment operations and Lean Six Sigma implementation in multiple industries such as Medical Diagnostics, IT integration & Consulting and BFSI.
He has been actively studying and pursuing the practical application of leadership, communication, team building and conflict resolution principles to help individuals and workgroups. Being a people’s person, counselling comes naturally to Baba and one of his strengths is to diagnose the “”real”” underlying challenges with one’s personality and create plans for overcoming them.
Most of his speaker series is designed to address the behavioral and conflict-oriented cases in our personal and professional life. No surprise that the participants rave about the stories and experiences as they are able to relate to learning points in ways that are fun, engaging, and memorable. The cases start with self-evaluation, know thyself being the motto and then leads to other behavioral issues handled while working with groups, forging a team from a group of individuals, moving a team past the conflict, developing other leaders, expanding personal influence within the organization, communicating more effectively, and developing buy-in for new programs and processes.
