About The Event

Ms. Anita Singh was born and brought up in the Pink City Jaipur and settled in the Diamond City Surat. She has a Masters Degree in English Literature and is a Fitness Professional for the past 12 years. She has a Reebok Certification from Reebok India Alliance, and is presently pursuing for ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine). 


Ms. Singh has worked with educational institutions as a part of the management & worked with AURO University as a Senior Manager. Getting back to her Fitness career, she was a manager with K G Fitness, Surat. Presently, she is working with the most premium club in Surat, as a Club Head. She gives personal training as well as conducts group trainings. She is also a coordinator for ESA (Exercise  Science Academy) Mumbai, for Surat.


Always been active into the fitness field and updated with the ongoing progression in this field, she has done workshops in kick boxing, martial arts, pilates, satiability ball training, strength training, endurance training, posture perfect, sports psychology, diet and nutrition, and many more. Since these many years working in fitness field she has concluded that Posture is the most important aspect of fitness and also most neglected.

3. Perform exercises to improve and enhance posture

6. Perform in between exercises which they can do on the spot and will help them to reduce pain and also avoid pain.
