Cancellation and refund policy: 

• Fees once paid are not refundable. Think twice before you register whether you would attend the conference or not.
• Registration is NON transferable except in cases of accidental duplicate registration. 
• If the conference is cancelled due to some unavoidable circumstances, the registration fees and 18% GST will be fully refunded after deducting the gateway charges of about 4.75%.

Venue: 

The organizers reserve the right to change the venue if deemed necessary without prior notice. You shall be informed about the same in due course.

Fee Structure: 

• The fee structure is subject to change without prior notice.
• If there is an accidental duplicate registration or double payment or if you are unsure of the transaction status, please contact Dr. Sandesh Doshi on websitepospune@gmail.com with relevant information.
• The fee is of two parts; basic and 18% GST. This ticketing platform is designed to automatically add the 18% GST before the checkout. If for some reason GST does not get collected ,the delegate shall have to pay the 18% GST at the time of conference.
• The gateway charges and the convenience fee would be approximately 4.75% of the total of basic fee + 18% GST. If the ticket is less than Rs. 2000 then the additional  2% convenience fee will be levied.

Confirmation of registration: While doing the registration, if another window opens the fee payment, please go back (after the payment is done) to the Meraevents's registration page and stay there till "Your registration is confirmed" message is displayed on the screen in which case your transaction is complete and you will instantly get an email as well as SMS or WhatsApp confirmation from Meraevents. If you quit the transaction process in between or if there is any internet issue, you may still get amount debit message from your UPI app but the money may not be received by Meraevents immediately. In such a case if you do not nreceive any confirmation from Meraevents even the next day, please contact the support of Meraevents or the office bearers of POS immediately.

Netbanking is the safest way to get an instant confirmation. UPI, Credit card and other methods of payment sometimes are delayed (depending upon that platforms payment processing schedules) resulting in late confirmation of registration. 

In case your transaction does not get confirmed, you will automatically get a return credit in 2-3 days but you won't know that (you will not get a SMS from your bank) until you check your bank statement. In this case you need to re-register.
