COVID protocols:

At the time of registration, all attendees must attest and agree to the following:

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AS TO COVID-19

  • I understand that COVID-19 is a worldwide pandemic that presents a high risk of contagion. I understand that my in-person participation at this PMI Event will involve personal contact with others which may expose me to infection or illness from COVID-19.
  • I voluntarily accept all such risk of infection and illness from COVID-19. I agree that I am solely responsible for any injury to myself or any person that I come in contact with to the extent arising out of my contracting COVID-19, including but not limited to illness, disability or death. I further agree that I will not hold PMI or any of its employees, agents, representatives or volunteers responsible for any injury, loss, damage, claim, cost or expense of any kind arising out of my contracting COVID-19 from attending this PMI Event.

DAY OF TRAVEL

  • I will refrain from traveling and attending the event if I have been exposed or if I am experiencing any symptom of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell.

DURING THE EVENT

  •   I acknowledge that while at the event I must comply with all set procedures - any federal, local, venue and public health guidelines - to reduce the spread of illness. If, during the event, I experience any symptoms of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell I will report the symptoms immediately to the venue and PMI Staff and isolate in my hotel room until further instructions are provided.

REGISTRATIONS

Early Bird Offer:

  • Early Bird registration offers will be restricted to the first 100 registrations respectively or the closing date of the offer (whichever is earlier).
  • Early Bird delegates will get a price benefit over the regular registration fee.
  • Cancellations and transfers of registrations are strictly not permitted under the these 2 offers or any other special price offer period. Delegates will not be refunded for non-attendance.

Group Discounts applicable:

  • Any Corporate or individual group of 5 and above participants are entitled to a Group Discount. Refer to fee table for details.
  • In case of a group of individuals register using a group registration category, then only a single invoice will be raised on the name of the primary registrant. (Separate invoices will NOT be issued to each participant)

Cancellation/Refund & Transfer of Registration:

  • Transfers are NOT applicable in case of Early Bird registrants or any other Special price offer scheme.
  • Cancellation and refund of registration is NOT allowed for any category, however registration can be transferred, provided the request for transfer is made on or before 12th August 2023. If category of registration differs, balance amount if any will be payable by the delegate. No refunds for balance amount will be given in a case where the transfer is being done to someone eligible for a greater discount.
  • All transfers requests are subject to scrutiny and may be rejected by the organizing committee if found inappropriate.

Important points for all delegates

  • Registrations dates will be announced and will be open till the last announced date or in a full house scenario (whichever is first)
  • Attendees can be eligible for maximum of 13 Professional Development Units (PDUs) for attending the conference. Actual PDU's granted may vary based on the final agenda.
  • Note: PDUs mentioned above are the upper limit on number of PDU’s that can be claimed. However, this may vary depending on the PMI credential you hold.
  • Attendees will be emailed a participation certificate with PDU code a week after the conference, all credential holders are required to self-login their PDU's thereafter.
  • You are bound by the PMI Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.
  • You will receive an e-mail of acknowledgement upon completing the registration process. A confirmation mail with your unique ID will be sent a week prior to the conference date.
  • Please print out the confirmation page while registering online and carry it to the venue.
  • In case any data that is provided during registration is found to be false and/or incorrect, PMI India reserves right to cancel the registration and no refund will be provided.
  • Inaugural/Valedictory Sessions, Keynote/Special Addresses will be conducted in the main hall. These events MAY also be telecasted live to an ancillary hall at the venue for comfortable viewing. Entry in the main hall will be on first come first serve basis after which you may have to be seated in the afore mentioned ancillary hall
  • All registration processes should be completed within the specified date(s).
  • Include your registration number, e-mail address, name and dates of the event in all future correspondence.

  • PMI reserves the right to exclude a delegate wholly or partly from the Conference if the delegate disturbs the event in any manner.
  • By attending the Conference, a delegate grants PMI the right to record, film, photograph, or capture delegates’ likeness in any media at the Conference and to distribute, broadcast, use or otherwise disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from or any payment to the delegate.
  • PMI, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Conference, including but not limited to, the Conference name, themes, content, program, speakers, moderators, venues and time.

Privacy Policy

PMI shall use information provided by delegates to send important Conference information. PMI shall also send communications to the delegate’s email address provided, about other PMI conferences and services; delegates may unsubscribe to these communications at any time.

 

Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights in and to the Conference, the Conference content, and all materials distributed at or in connection with the Conference are owned by or licensed to PMI or the Conference sponsors or speakers at the Conference. Delegates may not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce any trademarks or other trade names appearing at the Conference, in any Conference content or in any materials distributed at or in connection with the Conference for any reason without the prior written permission of PMI.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these terms and conditions shall be deemed to vest in the delegate any legal or beneficial right or to any trademarks or other intellectual property rights owned or used under license by PMI; nor does the acceptance of these terms and conditions grant to delegate any right or license to any other intellectual property rights of PMI, all of which shall at all times remain the exclusive property of PMI.

 

Warranties and Liability

  • By signing up for and attending the Conference, delegates warrant that all registration information submitted by them to PMI for participation in Conference is true, accurate, up to date and error-free. PMI reserves the right to refuse participation in Conference or take other necessary action against any delegate whose submitted information is untrue or inaccurate without liability or compensation to such person.
  • PMI shall not be liable (i) for loss or damage caused to the delegate in the Conference, as a result of unforeseen circumstances of such a nature, including force majeure, as to justify the cancellation of the Conference, wholly or partly, any change in venue or times, amendment to one or more elements of the Conference or replacement of speakers; or (ii) loss or damage sustained during or in connection with the Conference as a result of intent or gross negligence of the delegate.
  • The maximum aggregate liability of PMI for any claim in any way connected with, or arising from, the Conference or this terms and conditions, shall be limited to the amount paid by the delegate for registration.
  • Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance, along with travel insurance, flights, visas, etc.

Indemnity

  • By signing up for and attending the Conference, delegates agree to hold harmless, release and indemnify PMI, its officers, representatives, employees and members from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims (including third party claims and claims by the hotel or venue where the Conference is being hosted), costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of, in connection with or due to delegate’s participation in or attendance at the Conference, the use of any information or material supplied by delegate to PMI, delegate’s withdrawal from the Conference for any reasons or any acts and omissions of delegates or the delegates behaviour or conduct at the Conference.

 

Force Majeure

  • PMI shall not be held liable for any delay in the Conference or failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions due to Force Majeure Events. ‘Force Majeure Events’ shall be mean pandemic, any war, terrorism, riot, civil commotion, strike, lock-out, act of god, fire, storm, flood, sabotage, earthquake or by reason of any matter or thing beyond the control of PMI that renders it reasonably or practically impossible from performing its obligations.
  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, PMI is not and shall not be responsible and shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from any failure to transmit or receive or loss of application/registration information or loss of any other data due to network failure or internet failure.
