The uncertainty due to poor management skills of people, silo interest of organizations, inefficient processes, dependency and constraints create chaos and crisis in Construction projects. One day Lean Project Management workshop will cover the practical approach to incorporate Lean Construction & Project Management best practices to manage the uncertainty by improving the make ready processes and establishing a framework to better plan, monitor and control Construction projects. |
Registration can be cancelled for a cancellation fee by sending an email to contactus@pmibangalorechapter.org, training@pmibangalorechapter.org, events.admin@pmibangalorechapter.org and events@pmibangalorechapter.org. (Please send email to ALL ids). Telephonic or oral requests will not be entertained.
Cancellation fee will be as follows:
- For cancellations before 7 days from the start of the program - 25% of the registration fee.
- For all cancellations up to 7 days before or after the start of the program - 50% of the registration fee.
- Cancellation requests received after 7 days from the start date of the program will not be entertained.
- Requests for partial cancellation will not be entertained.
