About The Event

Ping Pong Bash is an Open Table Tennis Tournament, held by SSPART at STAG Table Tennis Academy, Nalgonda X road, Malakpet on Feb 19th.

 


 Terms and Conditions

1)      The tournament is open to all non-seeded Table Tennis players.

2)      All participants must be of reasonable health & fitness to participate.

3)      On field, Judges / Organizers / Referees / Umpires decision would be final.

4)      The tournament comprises of the following categories

                         Singles:   Men’s, Women’s, Boys (U14) and Girls (U14)

                         Doubles:   Men’s, Mixed, Boys (U14) and Girls (U14)

5)      Applicants should show some ID to prove his Age.

6)      All matches will be played at STAG Table Tennis Academy at Hyderabad.

7)      The tournament is of Knock-out Format.

8)      Point System: 11 points (Best of 3 sets) (Singles & Doubles) till Quarters.

9)      From Quarters, Point System : 11 points(Best of 5 sets) (Singles & Doubles)

10)   All the sports gear and playing equipment have to be brought by the participants.

11)   STAG 3Star Plastic Balls will be used for the tournament.

12)   Players are requested to be in proper sports attire. Shoes allowed for the tournament are either Non Marking-Gum Sole Shoes or Canvas Shoes.

13)   First aid will be provided in case of injury.

14)   All standard Table Tennis rules apply.

15)   All participants are requested to maintain discipline and to avoid any kind of arguments with any other participant.

16)   The organizer/referee reserve the right to reject any application if found biased.

17)   Participants need to be present at least 30 minutes prior to the designated start time.

18)   Registrations once done cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
