Event Description

Igatpuri campsite is famous for water sports like kayaking, lake boating and swimming. Campsite is located in dark spot ideal for astrophotography. Band of Milky way galaxy is visible during summer at the campsite for certain period of night. You can capture some amazing time lapse star trails and band of Milky Way galaxy images. Early morning you can enjoy kayaking and swimming in the lake wearing life jacket. 

Please note things to carry 

1. DSLR or Camera or Mobile with manual mode 
2. Dslr remote also called intervalometer to capture star trail 
3. Tripod with ball head prefered 
4. Torch with extra batteries

Day 1 - Saturday 

CSMT – Kasara Train Timings

15: 03 CSMT

15:47 Byculla

15:54 Dadar

16:03 Kurla

16:07 Ghatkopar

16:20 Thane

16:42 Dombivali

16:53 Kalyan

18:03 Kasara

18:15 Please assemble near the ticket counter and move towards Igatpuri campsite by local jeep.

19:30 Reach at campsite.

21:00 Dinner.

After dinner will start night photography session.

Day 2 - Sunday Morning

06:30 Wake up and freshen up

07:00 Enjoy watersports activities (1 kayaking and 1 lake boating)

09:30 Breakfast and Tea.

10:30 Move towards Kasara by local jeep.

12:00 Reach Kasara and disperse.

Please note

• People may board same train from their respective stations of convenience
• Missing the train is missing the event, no refund will be provided

• Any kind of personal expenses
• Any kind of cost, which is not mentioned in the above cost includes
• All expenses incurred due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances like road blocks, bad weather

Cancellation Policy

• 75% refund if notified via phone conversation 8 or more days prior to the event date.
• 50 % refund if notified via phone conversation 4 to 7 days prior to the event date.
• No refund if the cancellation requested is less than 3 days prior to event date 
• No show No Refund.
• Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.
• Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another person against cancellation.
• If Trek get cancelled we will refund "Trek Amount" only.
