This Personal Leadership workshop has been designed to clarify, enhance, and expand the newManagers understanding of various leadership styles. Learn the strengths and weaknesses of theseleadership styles and how to use them efficiently. The manager’s Leadership role involves directing theactivities of their team and other individuals. This will comprise of ranking, motivating, and leadingyour team. The leadership role also includes controlling and making sure that the team is hitting theirobjectives/goals and all is going according to plan. The topics being covered relate primarily to themanagerial use of leadership.

Leadership: Fosters the development of a common vision; provides clear direction and priorities;clarifies roles and responsibilities.

For each module in the course, it is expected that the following components will be provided:

Purpose: The purpose of the module is to provide and expand your Managers leadership skills.

  • Discover what your team needs to achieve personal and organizational goals
  • Learn a variety of leadership styles to meet those needs
  • Provide a process and methodology for reaching agreement on expectations from each otherand open communication

  • Maximize personal leadership capabilities
  • Provide frameworks to adopt your leadership style to meet the needs of individual teammembers
  • Determine the development level of individual team players
  • Recognize the 5 components of Emotional Intelligence to be able to move
