NOTE**: Outside Alcohol is not allowed[ You may be asked to leave if you carry outside liquor inside the Arena. We will have a counter where you can procure. Cheers]
Camp Code & Amenities
-This is a community gathering in private property, nuisance will strictly not be tolerated and you might even be asked to leave the premises if the community feels unsafe or disturbed.
- Due to unavoidable circumstances (like rain or any natural calamity), if the function gets CanceledOrganizers / CWG or any other person associated with the same shall not be responsible for any claim or compensation. CWG accepts no responsibility for injuries or the loss/theft of any personal property inside the Venue.
- Tents : Tents are two men tents. [ Pics shot at site 1.2.3 more can be found at https://facebook.com/campwintergrass ]. Each tent will have a styrofoam mat, a pillow, and a bed sheet. If you are keen to get your own blanket please do get.
- Washrooms: There are 10 Fixed Based uni-sex washrooms and few dry pits.
- Cancellation: We do understand that things may not go as planned, what we offer is an exchange. What that means is you can transfer your booking to your friends.
