Vivek Boray:
Vivek Boray represents numerous start-up and later-stage technology companies as their outside general counsel. He's experienced in start-up formation, venture capital investments and financing transactions and other private equity and debt securities offerings, as well as commercial debt financing, technology licensing, joint-venturing, corporate restructuring, recapitalizations and merger and acquisition transactions. He has represented emerging companies in a variety of industries as well as venture capital funds. He also has a significant experience advising on cross-border matters. His previous experience includes working as a corporate attorney with leading law firms in the Silicon Valley, New York City, and the Middle East.
Vivek also works hands-on in incubating startup concepts, building products and commercializing them. Flometry is a recent example of this. In addition to this, He's involved in content creation and production, including film and digital media as well as event curation and development. He sits on several non-profit boards as well.
Arpit Gupta:
Arpit Gupta is the co-founder of UnDosTres, Mexico's leading consumer payments and financial services platform. Prior to starting UnDosTres, he lead marketing efforts at Paytm, helping the company grow ten-fold in 15 months. Arpit has also worked extensively in engineering, project management, business development with companies such as Alstom & Blippar. Arpit earned his bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from DCE and a master’s in Automotive Engineering from Leeds University. He holds an MBA from IESE Business School and is an alumnus of London Business School.
Arpit is a motor-racing buff, having built and raced Formula Student cars during university.
