ENTRY
· Management reserves the right of admission.
For Entry and Authentication QR Code of ticket mandatory.
· Open footwear are not allowed.
· Dress code - smart casuals/party wear.
· Any kind of flammable items, arms, ammunitions, knives, sharp edged objects, etc are strictly prohibited.
· Food and Beverage items from outside are not allowed inside the venue.
· Re-entry strictly not allowed.
· Compulsory Security Check at the hotel entry
INSIDE THE Venue
· Management will not be held responsible for any fatal injury, damage or otherwise suffered by any person & loss of belongings/valuables.
· Any damage to the property of (Goldfinch Hotel) the night will be recovered from the concerned person.
· Entry to the DJ console area and personal request to the DJ are strictly prohibited.
· Please inform the management of any suspicious object/people found in the venue.
· Under the central government notification issued on May 30th 2008, Smoking is strictly prohibited at all non-segregated areas relating to this event.
· Food & Pollution liability claims will not be entertained by the management.
· Any person causing or intending to cause disturbance / disruption in the event on the account of rude/violent behaviour, use of derogatory/inflammatory language, verbal or physical intimidation, obscene or lewd acts & gestures, racial abuse, provoking/indulging in fight will be evicted from the premises of the venue or would be handed over to the police.
· Once paid no refund will be entertained.
ALCOHOL & DRUGS
· The management reserves the right to refuse alcohol to guests at any point of time without citing any reason.
· Alcohol is served to persons above 25 years of age who can furnish a valid age proof.
· Liquor will strictly be served to persons above the legal drinking age only.
· Consumption/possession of drugs, narcotic substances & other illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the venue & in the hotel premises. The hotel reserves the right to evict any person found doing so.
TICKETED ENTRY RULES
· Please show this tickets with QR Code at box office for entries and authentication
· Tickets/Packages once book/sold will not be cancelled, refunded or transferred at any circumstances.
· The primary ticket/package holder (name mentioned on it) should be present along with the ID proof for entry. Failure in producing the same will result in denial of entry to the venue.
· Please Note: Management will not be responsible if you share your e-ticket with anyone.
· You might be asked to leave the venue without any liability of a refund if there is any misbehavior, misdemeanor on your part. The final decision rests with the management and is binding on you.
· If your ticket includes a table, Management does not guarantee specific tables. All tables will be allocated on first come first serve basis.
· Organizers reserve the right of frisk and restrict entry.
· Management do not take responsibility for the loss or theft of any personal belongings.
· The event & booking is subject to force majeure conditions.
· Tampering with the tickets/packages will not be tolerated.
· The above terms & conditions can subject to change without prior notice.
· All disputes will be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
