with Col. Sudip Mukherjee

Col. Sudip Mukerjee is a Certified Master Trainer and Facilitator, an NLP Master Practitioner & Trainer and holds a Masters Degree in Psychology. He also holds professional certifications in Project Management (PMP) and Human Resources (HRBP).

His experience includes 21 years in the army and 2 years as a Vice President of an Airline.
Sudip brings his deep understanding of human brain patterns and psycholinguistics together to create an effective field which he terms ‘Brain Pattern Re Engineering.’ His Trainings empower people to understand how human minds process and store information and therefore become much more effective in sales, marketing, in the manner they lead and by deleting unnecessary ‘mind clutter’, become more efficient as entrepreneurs, professionals, teachers, trainers and home makers. Once that happens, people are more productive and have a better work-life balance and congruence.

With his keen understanding of Organizational Behavior, Sudip conducts Corporate Interventions in Succession Planning, Management Development Programs and Senior Leadership Engagements. He also works with Faculty and Students of schools and colleges and as a Coach for professionals in Senior Management positions.

A four hour session is proposed for the attendees in which the following will be covered:-

• Meta Modelling Essentials.
• Structure of Language and what it gives out about the user.
• Metaphors in speech and movement.
• Operating metaphors and what they mean.
• How to utilize NLP as an Image Consultant.

The inputs on meta-modelling and using of metaphors will help consultants -

• Become better communicators
• Understand the client's mind & requirements better
• Improve listening skills
• Will make speaking and writing more lively through metaphors
• Build better rapport with clients/ trainees
