No exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances and tickets are not transferable.
No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances except pursuant to conditions under event cancellation or postponement.
No refund will be issued in the event that you have been evicted from event or refused entry to event as a result of your contravention of any of the terms and conditions.
This ticket should be exchanged at the venue for wrist band and it will not be replaced if taken off.
The ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controllers, dangerous and illegal substance and recording devices if found refuse of admission or evict will be taken place. No photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the event unless otherwise stated by the organizer.

Alcohol will be served as per Legal Drinking Age (LDA) on December 31, 2019 8 PM to January 1, 2020 1.00 AM and it will be served strictly to person’s age 21 years and above, proper dress code is compulsory.
Eatables, beverages, bottled water and alcohol are not allowed from outside, general hotel club rules apply.
Any damages caused by a guest to the venue, ambience, equipment or anything else will be compensated by guest.
