5. kids below 10 years are applicable for Kids category tickets.

6. No seating in any of the outlets except MIST apart from reserved PAID VIP tables

Gate Entry Details:

Age limit: Open for all

- No unaccompanied minor is allowed

- Please call the hotel to collect your entry tickets and passes against the ticket bought online

- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable

- The hotel will not be responsible for guests’ personal belongings.

- No outside food and drinks will be permitted. Hotel’s policies and security rules will apply

- Please ensure that you wear your NYE band throughout the duration of the event

- Sale of alcohol is prohibited for less than 25 years of age. Valid age proof documentation is required

- Hotel check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 12 noon. Any request for early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability

- If desired, a guest can extend their stay on the best available rates beyond the package dates

- The offer requires full advance payment. Any cancellation or amendment will be charged a penalty equivalent to full package pricing, including taxes

- Artist programming and line-up is subject to change during the event

- No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects, including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, laser devices, bottles will be allowed in the hotel

- Consumption and possession of narcotics is strictly prohibited and those found possessing or consuming narcotics inside hotel premises will be immediately handed over to anti-narcotics police

- The management reserves the exclusive right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, ejecting the holder(s) of the ticket from the hotel after they have entered
