New Year Beach Camping Fest

 About the New Year Beach Fest:
Let's start the New Year with a li'l adventure, raw beach camping & a lot of dancing. While Gokarna is certainly well known, we have found what is probably one of the best secret beaches in the entire town to party till dawn.

Imagine waking up to a picturesque view of the sea just a few feet from you. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included each day, with lots of fun activities during the day and an open bar throughout the night. It is also welcoming towards those who just want to lie in a hammock and have random conversations with fellow laid-back adventure enthusiasts or just relax and soak in the water & play by the beach. 

During the day, we have planned a nature treasure hunt in the wild and outdoor film screening before the midnight. Music will be played throughout the day for you so that you can tap your feet anytime you feel like.

Still in doubts? With a big private beach, an open bar, food, beach games, music and dancing, camping, we have it all covered for a wild welcome to the new year. But be careful though, you'll be surprised by how hard it is to leave this beach heaven.

Day 0: Dec 30
9:00 PM - Leave from Bangalore. Pickup points will be provided after registration.

Day 1: Dec 31
9:00 AM - Arrival at the secret beach
10:00 AM - Breakfast and tea
12:00 AM - Relax by the beach, sleep on the Hammocks, freshen up
1:00 PM - Lunch
3:00 PM - Play Beach Volleyball, Treasure Hunt, board games and other activities or simply sunbathe 
5:00 PM - High Tea and snacks
7:00 PM - Outdoor Movie Screening & Dance Floor 
9:00 PM - Candlelight Dinner
12:00 AM - Fireworks & Welcome New Year
12:30 AM - Fly Skylanterns

Day 2: 1st Jan
10: 00 AM - Lazy wakeup and breakfast
11:00 AM - Explore the Gokarna Town and wander around on the Beaches

FAQ

Who can join?
Anyone - those who love to enjoy Camping, bonfire and raw beaches as much as they love partying. 

Can I get my own tent?
The entire setup would be pre-arranged and pitched, so we do not encourage you to bring your own tent. Let us do the hard work so that you can relax. 

Can I bring my own vehicle?
We have a limited parking of 15 vehicles. Others have to park the car a little further from the beach campsite. 
Only one vehicle is allowed per registration. 


Is alcohol allowed?
We will have an open bar for you for the two days of the fest. 


What's the party scene bro?
We will also be playing music throughout the day and have DJs at night to have your feet jumping before the new year. So bring on your dancing shoes for the night.


Are pets allowed?
There will be fireworks. This is not exactly a pet-friendly situation. 

Can I come alone?
Of course, we welcome and love solo travellers.


Is the travel included?
We're arranging travel facilities at an additional cost of Rs. 1900 per person. This pick-up and drop travel facility is only for people in Bangalore.
