TERMS & CONDITIONS

·         Complimentary entry for kids below 3 years.

·         The tickets should be produced at the time of entry for validation. Entry will not be allowed if security features are tampered.

·         Rights of admission reserved.

·         Each ticket admits one person only.

·         Ticket once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.

·         Guests are requested not to lose ticket as duplicate tickets will not be issued for lost or stolen tickets.

·         The organizer reserves the right of admission (even in relation to valid ticket holders) and frisking for security reason at any point.

·         Cameras or any form of recording instruments, arms and ammunition, cigarettes, matchboxes, animals, eatables, bottled water, beverages and alcohol are not allowed from outside the stadium.

·         Guests are requested to keep their mobile phones switched off inside the venue.

·         No recording of program with camera phones is permitted.

·         Management reserves the right to alter the program.

·         This ticket shall not be exchanged / ceded / sold or transferred whether in a commercial or promotional context.

·         In addition to these terms and conditions, entry to the venue shall be subject to any ground regulations specified by the stadium authorities.

·         We request you to arrive 20minutes prior at the venue to pick up your physical ticket.

·         Please take care of your belongings; Ramoji Film City will not be responsible for any loss or theft.

·         Littering strictly prohibited.  Please throw the waste, leftovers and other litter in the dustbins/trash cans.

·         Please co-operate with our security team. Checks are arranged at the entrance to ensure safety for everyone.

·         Weapons of any kind/crackers/inflammable materials are strictly prohibited.

·         Smoking is allowed in permitted zone only.  Please check with our security for the smoking zone.

·         Disputes are subject to jurisdiction of the court of Ranga Reddy district only.

·         Event/content may change without prior notice and is at the sole discretion of Event Organizer. Force majeure conditions apply.
