Nazariya envisions creating a space for conversations about issues concerning women, through a confluence of art, activism and cinema.
NAZARIYA’s mission is to inspire and engage the audiences with the themes around gender and equality, through film screenings and discussions.
The festival celebrates the works of artists, filmmakers and activists, who use their creative work to provide alternative viewpoints, address complex social issues, and inspire audiences through their cinema and art.
The themes of the panel discussions and film screenings for Nazariya 2017 are :
