About The Event

Smart Conceptz presents Navi Mumbai Lets Run-

The run is on 7th Jan, 2018-Sunday at 6 am at Moraj Junction, Palm Beach Road, Navi Mumbai.
It is in 2 categories-
Run distance=5k Run
Charges=Rs 600/- 

Deliverables= Finisher Medals, Bibs, E-Certificates, Water, First Aid, Breakfast, Juices, Goody Bag


Run distance=10k Run

Charges=Rs 800/-

Bib (Goody Bag) Collection Details-

Venue Address-U&I Entertainment, F-174, Haware Fantasia Business Park, Sector 20A, Vashi, just outside Vashi railway station, Navi Mumbai-400705

Date & Time-6th Jan, 2018-Saturday 10 am to 8 pm

You just need to carry booking details over phone/ sms/email/authorised person, while coming on 6th Jan.

Bibs (Goody Bag) will not be available on event-day, so please make sure you collect your goody bag on Saturday


Terms & Conditions


  1. An applicant needs to be of 12 years or more on the date of the race. Applicants between 12 to 18 years of age need to submit a consent declaration from their parent / guardian.
  2. 10K is a Timed Category. 5K is a Fun Run.
  3. Requests for cancellation and thereby, refund will not be entertained.
  4. Request for change in race category will not be entertained. Be careful while selecting your race category at the time of registration.
  5. Medical Facilities by Apollo Hospitals Navi Mumbai consisting of 2 Ambulances (including 1 Cardiac Ambulance), Medical Kits at every Water/Aid Station, Paramedic Staff, Physiotherapist, Doctor and Nurses will be available on the Event Day.
  6. Water/Aid Stations/ Hydration will be put up on the route at regular intervals.
  7. Mobile Toilets will be present at Start Point on Event Day.
  8. Parking vehicles in the area may be a problem so please try to Car Pool and help to save the environment and promote a healthy lifestyle.
  9. Due to space constraints we will not be able to have a baggage holding facility so please bear with us for the same.
  10. Confirmed participants will not be given their running bibs on the race day. Please collect your Bibs on Bib Distribution Day itself. If you are unable to go you can send an authorised representative.

    Authorised representative must carry with him/her:
  • A printed copy of the email confirmation (if using a smartphone, a copy of the confirmation forwarded by the participant).
  • Photocopy of your (the participant) photographic proof of identity, i.e.: your Aadhar card, passport or PAN card.
  • Photographic proof of identity of your representative visiting the registration counters on your behalf, i.e.: his/her Aadhar card, passport, college identity card or PAN card.
  1. The right to participate in the event and the rights and benefits available to the Runner  is at the sole discretion of the Event Organiser, Smart Conceptz, and cannot be transferred to any other person under any circumstances. The Runner alone shall be entitled to the rights and benefits arising out of such confirmation of participation.
  2. While utmost care will be taken to avoid any mishap on event day, the Organisers, Sponsors and Partners are not responsible for any mishap on the day of event.
  3. Your confirmed registration and payment shows that you have accepted all the above terms & conditions.
