We a team of Formula 1 racing Marshall's aiming to provide automotive industrial based learning to undergraduates and trying to fill the gap between industrial expectation and your currents academics.
This summer we designed a 15 days Summer Internship Program, in which you will be exposed to the intricacies of designing and manufacturing a Formula 1 prototype vehicle from scratch on an industry assembly line.
Thus, you will be guided in dealing with scenarios such as:
Ø Static and Dynamic calculation of steering, braking, suspension, Input/output ratio of E&T, etc.
Ø Designing of sub-assemblies on automotive software, analysis of design,
Ø Fabrication including cutting, bending, grinding, welding of frame tube, double wishbone and trailing arm suspension system and assembly of a sub-system of Formula 1 vehicle.
Ø Rigorous Testing by every participant to check the Design Validation Plan (DVP) of their vehicle.
