Schools these days have in their curriculum classes on painting, music, sports, swimming, writing, abacus and more. But, do they have classes on Life Skills like Leadership Skills, Self-Motivation, Creativity, Critical Thinking and Analysis, Team working, Emotional Intelligence. No, they do not.
But can a child grow up to be a successful person with a happy life without these Life-Skills? Unfortunately no. Think about your own classmates. The reason why only academic success does not guarantee future success in life is because some very critical skills needed to create a holistic person are not taught in the school.
