MSP® Practitioner Managing Successful Programmes Practitioner is part of the Best Management Practice Portfolio. It is the follow-up on Managing Successful Programmes® Foundation and a prerequisite for the Managing Successful Programmes® Advanced Practitioner.

COURSE OUTLINE:

The key objectives of MSP® Foundation course are:

• The programme management environment and the characteristics of different types of programmes
• The benefits of applying the MSP® guidance to the management of a programme of transformational change
• The purpose of the defined roles & seven MSP® principles, the nine governance themes and the six transformational flow processes

Attendees must have successfully completed the 2-day MSP® Foundation course in order to take the Practitioner course.

There is no prerequisite to do this course.

• 75 questions per paper with the Duration of 60 minutes
• 35 marks required (out of 70 available) to pass – 50%
• It is the closed book Exam

Following are Exam Details for MSP® Practitioner certification exam.

• 80 questions per paper with the Duration of 150 minutes
• 40 marks or more required to pass
• Out of 80 available - to pass 50%, no additional reading time
• Open book exam (official MSP manual only).
