“Mornings are for me” - an initiative to explore music, meditation and movement as a meaningful start to a new day.

Come explore movement with us as we begin "Yoga" classes in a blend of "Hatha" and "Vinyasa" styles, while Hatha yoga lays a strong foundation, Vinyasa will create a flow of body movements in coordination with breath. This will lead to better health and create harmony in the body, mind, and soul.

Who is it for?
This is for everyone, from a beginner to an advance practitioner.

Who is it by?
Susheel Jain - a yoga practitioner for over 8 years. His teachings of yoga has helped various practitioners, from doctors to house wives, corporate employees to children. He has also trained teachers in a yoga centre in Goa. He embodies the practice of yoga and it is reflected in his teachings. He is flexible and flowing in his practice and loves to learn and practice and teach various forms of yoga. In his journey, he has met special teachers who have helped him deepen his understanding which he shares in his practice.
