The MBSR (Mindfulness based Stress Reduction) Workshop is the most scientific therapy for Stress Management, which is based upon the programmes of Mindfulness, developed in the United States by Dr. Jon Kabat Zinn.

It is based on systematic and intensive training mindfulness meditation and mindful movements and their applications in everyday life and the range of challenges arising from medical and psychological conditions or life stresses. Embedded within the context of Mind/Body and Integrative Medicine, the MBSR program focuses on the experiential cultivation of both “formal” and “informal” mindfulness practices as a foundation for the cultivation of positive health behaviours and psychological and emotional resilience that can be effectively utilized across the adult life span. The approach supports the learning,
strengthening and integration of a range of mindfulness-based self-regulatory skills through the development and refinement of inherent internal resources. A primary aim is to cultivate ways of learning and being that can be utilised far beyond the completion of this programme.

Sri Yogi Anand is a Himalayan Yogi, Mentor, Corporate Trainer and Life Coach. He runs sessions (personal/group), workshops, and trainings on:

Over the years he received many requests for Yogic guidance and mentoring from people across different walks of life. With few followers particularly insistent he decided to share his knowledge and experience with seekers. Out of compassion Yogi Ji decided to spread his knowledge for human betterment.

Yogi Anand possesses vast experiences and in depth knowledge of Mindfulness, Meditation, Yoga and Spirituality. He has comprehensive knowledge of both, philosophical/theoretical and practical aspects of Mindfulness, Meditation, Yoga and Spirituality. Yogi Ji is rooted in the tradition of authentic lineage and his programs aim to bring Yoga back to its true place as a living art, and as a complete path to awareness and awakening. Since 1999, he has been teaching the secrets of Yoga and Spirituality compassionately through his institution now known as Adwait Yoga School. He has relentlessly pursued integrating scientific and medical approaches with Mindfulness and Yoga therapy.
