Whether you’re a novice baker or a seasoned chef, this course will give you a highly thorough and comprehensive foundation on the art of professional bread making. In this introductory module of our Bread Making Professional Certified Course, participants will be taught the 14 Basic Steps of Bread Baking and steps of dough preparation, ingredient theory, and what is baker's percentage. You will also understand the range of flours available for baking as well as how to work with old dough. You will learn how to handcraft artisan-style breads such as Pullman loaves, French Baguettes, Rolls & Buns, and Kaiser Rolls. All items made in class will be taken home.
