Focusing on employee experience has many pluses: IBM Smarter Workforce found that a staff that has a positive employee experience is 52% less likely to consider leaving the organisation. Another study found that organisations that provide a positive employee experience report 2.5 times more revenue compared to companies that don’t. Even a small increase in a firm’s employee experience score has a much larger impact on its operating income.
