RAI is organizing its 12th Annual HR Conclave – Manning Modern Retail (MMR 2018) on 30th August 2018 at Westin, Mumbai.
RAI’s HR Conclave, Manning Modern Retail (MMR) is the platform, where various stakeholders of the retail industry come together to discuss the long-term road map with regards to HR strategy, not just for their own organizations but for the industry as a whole. It is also the forum for HR Heads to collectively create an action plan and pledge their support in establishing practices and policies that would define retail industry as a preferred employer.

Rapid changes in competition, demand, technology, and regulations are compelling to change. The need of the hour is to create agile organisations that can adapt quickly to the changes in market forces. It is with the intention of helping retail organisations respond to this business imperative that the retail HR fraternity and thought leaders will convene at Manning Modern Retail 2018 and deliberate on the best way ahead for the industry.
