Creating Mandalas helps to cultivate not just our artistic side but mindfulness. While focusing on the shapes, patterns, and colors, we orient our senses to the present and this immersion in the present moment helps increase a student's focus.
What we will be learning?
-> Getting the basic structure of a Mandala. -> Fun way of using different kinds of patterns and color theories to be used.
