Why do we do this? What is Makers Mania?
Maker Mania is a continuous activity which is ignited by Makers Tribe to create a Maker momentum in Chennai. In particular, 'making our evening time more productive' by doing something constructively together with like-minded people, after the office/college timings. This event is for everyone to create, learn and explore. Doing things alone is not fun. When we mingle with people it helps in networking and co-working. This is an initiative by Makers Tribe to kindle the Makers ecosystem in Chennai.

What will actually happen there?
You are going to build your 1st Little Humanoid from scratch ( Do It Yourself).
What if I don’t know the basics?
Still, you can do it as a team to understand.
Everyone will get an individual kit?
No. 3 members will get one OttoBot kit to practice. You can team up with your fellow teammate.
Should I give ₹250 for each day?
No. ₹250 is a onetime payment for both days. It includes Tea & Snacks.
But, why ₹250? can't it be free?
We have to cover Rent and other operational costs for the 2 days.
Are the timings flexible?
Yes, it is. We will start at 7 PM, you can join us anytime before 9 PM.
We will end at 9 PM. If you want, you can leave before 9 PM. You can also stay till late at night.
Why are only 10 makers allowed?
This is not a conference. It is a group activity. 10 will be very effective and manageable.
Will I get any guidance?
Mostly, It will be DIY(Do It Yourself) type. But, yeah. There will be some experts and peers to guide you if you get stuck anywhere.
Should I bring any components?
All the components will be provided. Your creative hands are enough!
