Terms & Conditions

1.How do I book my experience?You can book your experience by calling Mahindra FIT Team Email id -. The package includes your Mahindra Open Sky pass and accommodation in the mobile tented camp with an AP/Full board plan i.e all three meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) included. 

2.What comes under my Mahindra Open Sky pass and what do I have to purchase additionally?
Your Mahindra Open Sky pass includes Ground transfers to and from the airport, access to the wellness sessions, the sundowner sessions, the concerts, the after-party, the bonfire sessions, the movie screening, stargazing and camel races.

If you would like to experience other activities like the Mahindra Adventure’s Off-roading certificate course, Village Expeditions, Champagne Sunsets, Romantic Dinners and Camel Safaris you will have to book it additionally (either on-ground or online). Please note there are limited seats available for each of these activities.

Travel to and from Jodhpur (By flight, train, road) is not included in the package. Any food and beverages (outside of the three meals within the package) consumed on-ground will have to be purchased additionally.

3.How do I get from the Jodhpur airport to the venue and how long will that take?We will have our team and complimentary shuttle at the airport waiting to bring you to the camp. The airport is 65 KMs from the venue and it takes about 60-90 minutes to get there by road, although it won’t feel that long because you will be driving through gorgeous dunes and time will fly.

4.What should I bring to Mahindra Open Sky?Warm clothes, shoes, active gear, your holiday spirit and a deep sense of wanting to participate. And don’t forget original valid government Photo & Address proof. Soft copies will not be accepted. Foreign citizens must bring their passport along.

5.What are the different types of tents available?
All tents available to the guests are mobile tents. They are identical. You can see photographs of the mobile tent under the Gallery Section on the website.

6.How many people can be accommodated in one mobile tent?We have packages for Single Occupancy Double Occupancy Double Occupancy with an extra bed – Extra bed only for children below the age of 13.Share a Tent (Double Occupancy) – If you are coming alone but would like to share a tent with a fellow solo traveler, this is for you.  We will allow you a tent with a friendly guest who has also chosen this option. We will share a questionnaire with you about your preferences and interests, and allocate your tent-mate accordingly on-ground.

7.Is the mobile tent weather-proof & comfortable? And are the toilets hygienic?Yes, the tents are weatherproof and not just comfortable but luxurious. There’s a clean attached toilet with every tent. Please do refer to the photographs under the “Gallery tab”.

8.Can I drive my own vehicle to Mahindra Open Sky?
Yes, you can drive down to the camp. We have plenty of parking space to accommodate your vehicles. There are no additional charges for parking, and we will have 24x7 security in all areas to ensure your vehicles are safe.

9.Can I bring my children along?Yes, we are a family-friendly experience. Children below the age of 13 can stay in your mobile tent with an extra bed (which you will have to purchase additionally). 

10.Can I bring my pets along?
As much as we love our four legged friends, the mobile camp doesn’t allow for pets.

11.Will there be Medical Services?We will have trained medics on-site who are qualified to handle first-aid and medical mishaps, and we will also have an ambulance stationed at the camp. Basic medication will be available at the tuck-shop, however, if you have any specific medical conditions or allergies, please do carry all necessary medication along.There are no midwifery services at the venue and you should think very carefully before attending the event in the late stages of pregnancy. Please note that while we have an ambulance stationed to take you to the hospital, expenses for admission and treatment thereafter will be borne by the individual.

12.How do I get help in an emergency?
There is a bell in your mobile tent that you can ring to call on the staff and/or you can alert any of the Mahindra Open Sky crew members and we will send for help immediately. We also have a help desk stationed at the camp for your immediate assistance.

13.Can I buy a pass for just one day?
No, we would like you to take in the entire experience of Mahindra Open Sky in its quintessence, which means the pass available is for all 3 days. You have to be fully committed to the cause.

14.What are the check-in and check-out timings at the camp?Check-in starts on 24th November (Friday) at 11 AM and checks out goes on until 2 PM on 26th November (Sunday).

15.How many people will be there at the camp?We want to keep the experience as intimate as possible and there will be a maximum of 500 seekers who you will share your experience with. 

16.Are there power-sockets in the mobile tent? Yes, there are multiple charging points in your mobile tent for all your gadgets. Universal adapters will be available at the tuck shop at the camp.

17.Will there be basic essentials in my tent?Each room will be equipped with a kit of toiletries and linen.

18.Can I bring my own alcohol?No, we do not allow alcohol from outside into the venue. However, we do have all that you will need and more at the mobile camp.

19.Can I bring my own food?You may bring sealed, packaged snacks into the venue. However, this will also be available for purchase at the tuck shop in the camp.

20.Can I pitch my own tent?No. Your pass includes accommodation. We will have the mobile tent pitched and ready for you to stay in, to save you the trouble.

21.Will you have a locker facility for us to use?Yes, there will be a common locker facility for the guests to avail of.

22.Will I be allowed to go in and out of the venue during the three days?
Of course – You are free to enter and exit the premises at your whim – You are on holiday! However, please ensure you have your festival wristband on at all times so that we know you are one of us.

23.Are debit/credit cards accepted at the mobile tented campsite? Yes.
