• Vouchers/Tickets/ Passes/Packages once sold will not be cancelled, refunded or transferred under any circumstances (except force majeure conditions).
• The guest/customer must carry a physical printout of the voucher/ticket/ pass/package.
• The guest/customer who booked the voucher/ticket/ pass/package (name mentioned on it) should be present along with the photo ID proof to gain entry into the venue; failure to produce a photo ID proof will result in denial of entry to the venue.
