It’s the New Year and Piali is back with its series of Masterchef events with a live cooking session on 9th January. This time joining us is Siddharth Talwar, one of the top 7 contestants in Masterchef India Season 5.
At the live cooking session, Siddharth is going to demonstrate preparing two mouth watering dishes- Awadhi Malai Gobhi and Prawns in Coconut Cream Sauce with Garlic Couscous.
“I believe anyone who has a passion for something should go ahead and do it. I am better known as a chef today than a businessman which clearly proves the point,” Siddharth says. At 46, his love for cooking is just getting the better of him every single day.
