He believes that all talks of emotional intelligence are more effective, only if supported by equally intelligent actions. His theory and belief point to "a small action done is much more powerful than large words of actions -not done’. Through her questions Abha would steer the conversation to get words of wisdom from Prof Keith on how to have effective interpersonal relationships in our personal and professional lives.
