PANDAL HOPPING TOUR - DAY

Pick up & Drop off: Hotel/Home/Nodal point. 

Terms & Conditions:

• Time and Kilometre will be calculated from our Garage out to Garage In.
• Night halt charge applicable after 11:30 pm {included in Cost}.
• If the No of pax Increase / Decrease the rate will vary.
• For Pandal Hopping Tour Guests should release the Vehicle within 9 hours. No extra time is provided however extra KM charge is INR 60 per Km.
• A bit of Walking would be involved in all tours however it depends on Traffic Police as the parking areas at the pandols are at walk-able distance.

Please note:

• We reserve the right to change the venue, itinerary, while on the tour as per the traffic /road condition and comfort of the participants.
• 5% GST Applicable on Total Billing.
• Car number, will be provided 12 hours before the Tour Date.
• No cancellation/No Show, No refund will be provided however dates can be altered as per the availability.
• 1 set of Couple pass will be given as Complimentary to only bookings made before 10th August 2019.
• As there will be loud music and noise at the Pandols, it will be difficult for you to communicate with the diver (via mobile) to avoid any such confusion we request you to walk up to the parking area to board the vehicle.
• We request you to use the GPS to co-operate with the driver to navigate the route as some routes are not accessible during Durga Puja which are restricted by traffic police to control the crowd. Your cooperation will be highly appreciated.
