DAY - 2 TO DAY – 4
Factory Visits :- TPS Dojo Workshop1, Workshop2, Toyota Motor, AVEX,TOTO, Discussion with Ex-Toyota Experts , Standard Work in TPS, Assembly Plant Kanban System, Evolving Management, Kaizen Activities. Discussion with Expert, Certification Ceremony, Nagoya Infra Activity Nagoya Castle
DAY - 5
Depart from Nagoya Airport.
DOJO Workshop Consultant Profiles
Consultant : Zenji Kosaka
At Toyota Motor Corporation KOSAKA, he held a managerial position in both Machinery & Production Administratio Departments of Honsha (head office) plant. He was Vice President and President,& then Honorary Chairman.
He was trained by Mr. Taichi OHNO, a pioneer of TPS (Toyota Production System), from the system’s infancy and had the opportunity to put the theory into practice. To KOSAKA, who continues to pursue the principles of TPS, the driving force of ‘Kaizen’ (continuous improvement) has always been people. His motto goes like this – “if you want someone to work, show him how to do it, explain it, let him try it, and don’t forget to praise him if he does a good job”. He is also an expert in machining and assembly. He has done implementation of integrated production of machining and unit assembly by connecting them directly.
Consultant : Hiromitsu Hayashida
HAYASHIDA was Manufacturing Manager and Deputy General Manager at Tahara Plant while at Toyota Motor Corporation. He then held a position of Director at Gifu Body Industry Co., Ltd and of Executive Director at Horie Metal Co.Ltd.
A TPS specialist. His expertise lies with welding and assembly technology. He promotes Kaizen (continuous improvement) that comprehensively encompasses entire factory operations including procurement and production control. He is well-versed in giving advice to different types of factories and plants. He has practices and supervised various Kaizen activities based on the Toyota Production System. Actively participated internal training courses for the Toyota Production System and participated in practice and instructed for various Kaizen activities.
Single Delegate Fee is Rs.2,00000/-
Non Refundable Deposit Rs. 50,000/- due upon registration
Final Payment within 7 days of Registration or before the Last date whichever is earlier. Last date of Registration along with all fees 10th May 2012
a) Transportation from airport in Japan to hotel at arrival (time decided by organizers)
b) Expenses other than the above indicated have to be borne by the participant.
