This course is designed to introduce the principles and practices of Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®). During the two day training participants would learn the Lean-Agile principles and what it takes to lead a Lean-Agile transformation. Attendees would also learn, as leaders how to support the implementation of SAFe® in an organisation.
Attendees would gain an understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset, how to plan, release value through the Agile Release Trains, support agile teams, program, program portfolio management, to coordinate between value streams and will also gain insights into lean-agile budgeting.
Attendees will also benefit from the practical advise on, how to form and support agile teams, facilitate a PI planning event, problem solving workshop, building a continuous delivery pipeline and DevOps culture.
About Trainer:
Piyush is a lead consultant working with one of leading MNC, helping customers in their agile transformation. This includes training, coaching teams, SMs, POs; mentoring new Scrum Masters on Scrum and working with leadership to create safe environment for teams to thrive. He is also a SAFe Program Consultant and Professional Scrum Trainer candidate who as trained over 100 professionals in SAFe, Scrum and Agile values & principles.
