As a SAFe Agilist, attendees would be able to:

• Understand the Five Core Competencies of the Lean Enterprise
• Become a Lean-thinking manager-teacher
• Apply the values and principles of a Lean-Agile Mindset

Pre-Requisites

5+ years’ experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product, or project management.
Experience in Scrum

1. 2 full days of classroom based training delivered by SAFE® SPC 4 Certified Trainer having ~26 years experience.
2. Leading SAFe Course Completion Certificate
3. Hard copy of the training deck (Attendee workbook)
