LAKSHYA 2K18

 Lakshya is an Edu-Tech festival for L.D. College of Engineering which is held every year since 2014. Every year a theme is decided and the main event is organized in accordance with the theme. In 2014 the theme was "defence expo" and the main event was the a "Guard of Honour" to all the brave soldiers of our country. In 2015 the theme was "Shaping Skills" and the main event was "H.R. Summit" in which several top notch companies of the country participated and the H.R. Executives signed MOUs with the college and this in turn helped the students to get easy internship and hence the main event kept up with the motto of shaping skills. The top notch companies included giants like TCS too. In 2016 the theme was "The Current Education scenario in the country" and the main event was "Samvad-The Educational Conclave" which was a panel discussion in which dignitaries from every field like business, education and social service participated so as to discuss about the current education system of the country. In 2017 the theme was "Transforming India" and the main event was "Parivartan".
After a successful execution of Lakshya for four years, we have planned 'Lakshya 2018' from 15th to 17th February, 2018. On 15th February, L.D College of Engineering is organizing 'KHWAAB-Towards a new era' with the theme of "India 2030", in which eminent personalities from different disciplines will be invited on a common dais to discuss the most salient issues in the current Education Scenario.
