The play is not only acted by mostly women but also has being produced, directed and scripted by the women. It captures vibrancy of womanhood and life through its colourful woman protagonists.
All the artists are women who share a common passion of telling stories through theatre. Despite being mothers, home makers and working women we take out time to pursue our passion and we are enthralled every time we hear the audience’s applause.
The sum of all colours in a rainbow results in white colour. Similarly, we as a troupe are also like the colours of a rainbow which merges into white light at home but on stage each colour has its own unique identity and style.The play captures the essence of "life" through the stories of women coming from different worlds. These include a housemaid, a corporate woman, a socialite, a widow, and a lady police officer. One evening in Delhi as the metro train comes to a halt, these ladies who are co-passengers engage in conversations with each other and what results is an engaging narrative with drama, humor, music, and dance and these women come to realise their very own power and potential and the will to survive against all odds. They realize that life is nothing but moments that to be lived.
