Terms & Conditions

All tickets are sold subject to the terms and conditions listed by Hotel management. Purchase of any ticket constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.

· Ticket once purchased is non-refundable.

· This ticket is only valid for the night of 31st December 2019 and should in any case the customer be unable to attend the same, there can be no claim for refund.

· Ticket must be submitted in original at the point of entry to the event.

· The ticket will not be valid for entry if any part of it is removed, altered or defaced prior to submission at entry.

· Admission to the event is governed by the hotel.

· The hotel reserve the right to frisk ticket holders at the venue for security reasons. Foul, abusive and unruly behavior will not be tolerated.

· Hotel shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or theft of any personal belongings or any injury/damage that the ticket holder may incur at the venue.

· Consumption and sale of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Consumables (food and drinks) from outside the venue are not allowed and will be confiscated.

· At the venue, the patrons shall not display or endorse any sponsorship, promotional or marketing materials.

· Unlawful resale of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or any other compensation.

· This is a wristband access arena, if removed or tampered it will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced.

· No re-entry is permitted for the entire period of the event. Wrist bands will be cut by the security team in case a customer wishes to exit the venue during the period of the event.

· Alcohol will be served to guests above the legal drinking age (LDA) and on display of valid age proof.

· Parking near or at the arena premises is at the risk of the vehicle owner. Hotel will not hold responsibility for any damage or theft of any vehicle within the stipulated parking premises of the event.

· Any disputes to be settled under Hyderabad jurisdiction courts only.
